Descripción
The fischer EA N impact anchor is an internally threaded rod made of electrogalvanized steel and stainless steel. The impact anchor is ideal for multiple fixing of non-load-bearing systems that do not need any approved anchor. Internally threaded rod assembly is very economical thanks to the low screwing depth, quick impact assembly and controlled travel adjustment. The EA N is placed with the hammer flush with the anchor base. With the EA-ST hammer tool, driving the pin in causes the sleeve to expand and brace against the wall of the hole. For correct expansion, no torque must be applied to the screw.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Simple impact assembly
- The metric internal thread allows the use of threaded stems or conventional screws to ideally fit the application.
- The EA-ST manual adjustment tool contributes to quick assembly.
APPLICATIONS
- Piping and ventilation systems
- Sprinkler systems
- Steel structures
- Consoles
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
- C12/15 concrete, compressed
- C20/25 concrete, compressed
FUNCTIONALITY
- The EA N is suitable for pre-assembly.
- Place the impact anchor in the hole and precisely fix it with the hammer to the surface of the anchor base.
- Then, using the EA-ST percussion tool, the sleeve is expanded by driving the pin inside, bracing against the wall of the bore.
- Percussion tools must be placed on the edge of the anchor for proper expansion.
