One-component polyurethane adhesive foam that cures with ambient humidity, with high adhesion to most materials and substrates used in construction. Considerable time savings in preparation and application, compared to other traditional systems.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Its formulation based on polyurethane foam provides great adhesion to most materials used in construction and DIY, with the exception of non-stick materials, such as PE, PP and PTFE.
- It does not require any additional chemical reagent, just the humidity it takes from the environment and the substrate during the first minute of aeration. Depending on this humidity, the product polymerizes forming a first layer (skin) in around 5 minutes.
- For its application, no additional containers, mixing tools, water, or other elements used in traditional methods are needed. Just screw the bottle onto the applicator gun... and that's it.
- Fischer foam applicator guns enable the correct dosage of the product through the combination of trigger and regulation screw, which makes a foam canister achieve great performance.
- As it lacks solvents in its formulation, it can be used without problems to glue insulating panels or moldings made of delicate materials, such as expanded polystyrene.

APPLICATIONS
- It is ideal for all types of assembly and repair tasks with materials such as wood, plaster, polystyrene, plasterboard, metal, ceramics, precast concrete, cement, etc.
- Not suitable for PE, PP or Teflon. Permanent contact with water is not recommended. Indoor use is recommended.

FUNCTIONALITY
- Apply the product in a bead or by dots to one of the faces of the materials to be joined.
- Bring the two faces together by pressing them firmly for a few seconds.
- For heavy materials, it is recommended to use mechanical fastening until the product is completely dry.
- The surfaces to be glued must be firm and completely clean. At least one of the surfaces must be porous.
